7:00am – 5km run, jog or walk as part of the Sandgate parkrun
*please note you are welcome to complete whatever distance you can in the hour (if you are unable to complete the full 5km, please do not cross the parkrun finish line)
8:00am – 25m swim at the Sandgate pool (wheelchair and limited mobility access available)
